Appointment Policies
We are committed to creating positive, respectful relationships with our clients. Clear communication and mutual respect allow us to continue providing the highest level of service.
Appointment Confirmations
Appointment reminders are sent via phone, email and/or text prior to your scheduled service and include a request for confirmation.
If an appointment is not confirmed, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and offer the time to a client on our waitlist.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice (one full day) so we may offer the time to another client.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may result in a $50 late cancellation/no-show fee.
If no card is on file, an invoice will be sent. Failure to pay this fee may result in future appointments being denied.
We understand that emergencies and illness can happen. However, due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, these policies must be enforced to respect our time and clients on our waitlist.
Infectious Disease Policy
Per Wisconsin State Law and licensing regulations, we cannot perform services on clients with contagious or infectious skin or scalp conditions.
This includes (but is not limited to):
• Cold sores (Herpes Simplex Virus) in any stage
• Fungal infections
• Warts
• Lice
• Scabies
• Any other contagious condition
If you arrive with a visible contagious condition, we reserve the right to refuse service and apply the late cancellation fee.
These policies help us maintain a safe, healthy, and professional environment for all clients.
