Sound Bath with Serenity

Hi, I’m Serenity! I’ve been facilitating sound baths since 2024 after discovering how powerful meditation, sound, and holistic wellness can be in helping us slow down and reconnect with ourselves.

As an emergency department nurse, I understand how easy it is to spend your days caring for everyone else while putting your own well-being on the back burner. That’s what inspired me to create a space where people can simply pause, breathe, let go of the outside world, and refill their own cup.

My hope is that every sound bath leaves you feeling a little lighter, a little more grounded, and a little more connected to yourself than when you arrived. Whether this is your first sound bath or your fiftieth, I’m so grateful you’re here and can’t wait to share this experience with you.

Step away from the noise of daily life and settle into an evening of deep rest, relaxation, and renewal.

Join us for a monthly Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath led by the gentle and nurturing Serenity Brault. A full-time nurse by profession, Serenity's journey into sound healing began through her own exploration of wellness and the understanding that healing extends beyond what we can always see, measure, or explain. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, she creates a space where participants can slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with themselves.

As the tones and frequencies wash over you, many people experience a sense of grounding, calm, clarity, and deep relaxation. No experience is necessary—simply come as you are and allow yourself the opportunity to rest.

Classes will be held monthly in our lower-level wellness space at The Refinery Wellness Center.
