I've been a licensed manicurist for the last 9 years. When I was a young teen, I discovered my passion and love for art. At that time, in my life, I had no idea how I would utilize my skills in the real world.
I always loved dressing up, or doing my hair, or makeup. I knew I wanted to help others feel good about themselves as well. In February 2016, I took the leap and went to beauty school in Appleton at the Academy of Beauty Professionals and completed my course in April 2016. I was a mom already, so I needed something that would work my schedule and my kids' schedule.
In 2022, I created an LLC, now known as Studio 1422. I am so excited to now offer full pedicure spa services. I have a Shiatsulogic Massage Pedicure Chair and offer anywhere from a basic to luxurious spa services.
My passion is to make my clients feel good. It's not always about beauty but also about self care. I truly believe that when we take care of ourselves, we take care of our souls.
Although I love giving pedicures, my true passion has always been art. I offer acrylics, builder gel, gel manicures, and dip manicures. I would love to say I specialize in all types of nail art designs, and I love a good challenge.
I've learned to find comfort and relaxation in my job, when my clients leave happy, I'm happy. I can hardly call it work when I get to be there for so many people and aid them in their self care.
When I'm not working I'm spending time with my husband and kids whether it be sports or the beach. They are what I do this for. Some of my hobbies include working out, tending to my garden, and traveling with my family.

Hello!
My name is Tanya Meyers. I have been a licensed Cosmetologist for the past 6 years. I attended cosmetology school at Moraine Park Technical College.
I have always known I wanted to be a stylist but once I started receptioning at a salon at 16 years old I knew it was my calling. I fell in love with the salon atmosphere and energy.
I strive to provide a space that clients feel comfortable and relaxed. It is important to me to create an atmosphere where my clients can be open and personal without judgement.
My services include an array of coloring, women’s and men’s haircuts, styling, and facial waxes.
I look forward to becoming a part of the team at The Refinery Wellness Center! Also looking forward to seeing current and new faces at the new space!
