Please join Usui Reiki Master, Brooke Bateman, as she introduces you to the incredible universal healing modality of Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing art for stress reduction, and relaxation and also promotes healing of Body, Mind & Spirit. Level I Reiki teaches you how to do Reiki on yourself and others. You will be able to immediately incorporate this into your life! This class is open to all. Please dress comfortably

JAN 18 - REIKI LEVEL 2
Level II expands on Level I by increasing the intensity of the energy, helping you to tap into your intuitive skills, adding a distance healing component, and teaching symbols that affect physical and emotional well-being.

JAN 25 - REIKI LEVEL 3 MASTER TEACHER LEVEL
Reiki Master/Teacher is the third level for those individuals interested in continuing this healing tradition by teaching others. Our comprehensive approach offers apprenticeship training which is included in the price.

SOUND IMMERSION SERIES

Sound vibrations have a pretty powerful effect on our minds and bodies. Research shows us that sound healing can slow down our brain waves and put our bodies in a very relaxed, dreamlike state. It may also be able to help with certain physical and mental health conditions. Sound immersion can help with stress reduction, pain management, and a deeper connection to oneself.
Sound sessions are 1 hour in duration and include a gentle meditation, opening of sacred space, Reiki energy, sound bath, and a crystal to take home to aid your healing journey. Please bring your pillow, blanket, mat, and anything that may help your experience be comfortable and cozy.
